Feedback: Tiny Dick Losers Deserve Punishment

Hey, I'm on a bit of a roll it seems.

This is not so much a tease as a companion piece to my others. If you ever dissapoint Mistress Destiny, come and do this tease to earn forgiveness. That being the case, I've never written a tease like this with no stroking or anything and I'm honestly not sure how it plays. I'm not in a position to test it out myself personally yet, so I'd really appreciate some feedback and tips or suggestions for future punishment teases.
