Hi Lojackload. Firstly, very good job and I'm happy that it turned out well. It's always good to have more teases to choose from.
Just so you are aware, the code for this tease was originally made for Snakes and Lingerie back in May 2019 by me after many hours of hard work and care. I'm happy Morexis used the code as a base to make their own Snakes and Ladders webtease but it seems they have forgotten that it's not their work. I feel that asking for donations for a tease that is mostly my hard work is wrong. I do encourage anyone to use my code as long as it's not passed around to third parties as their own.
I understand that the EOS code for this tease is complex and messy so if you need any help to add features or fix bugs let me know and I can advise you as I know the code inside out.
Kind regards,
Lamei
Thank you for your kind words.
To address that situation, I was initially aware of the code belonging to you, and had been debating talking to you about that possibility. But after a couple of months tweaking around, and the image upload problem that happened before the upload of this webtease, it slipped my mind, and for that I do apologize, and Morexis did speak about you. So in that regard it's my fault.
As far as the patreon, it was never posted with the intention of asking for donations off of the code you built, but for people to show support to Morexis, who was the one that assisted me in more than just the code (Some of the Gate ideas, and some basics of EOS.). I never once asked for people to donate specifically because of this tease, and considering he has several other teases that don't use your code, it'd be wrong of me to not mention it. I'm sorry you feel wronged but in future I will avoid using third party codes to do anything, just to avoid this sort of situation.
And I appreciate the offer, but currently there will be no changes made to the webtease for this month. Between the quarantine lockdown that's happening where I live, and other factors in my life, I have neither the time nor, quite honestly, mood, to deal with ToTM rulings because I changed A thing or B thing during the month of march. Though if you feel it urgent, I will add your name as well to the credited section, but Morexis' name and Patreon will remain, because he spent almost an equal time around this particular webtease as I did, helping me out with a lot more than just adapting the code.
I apologize if you felt you were wronged in all of this.
