First time pegging experience.

Hi everyone
My wife and I are going to try out pegging.
I've ordered a strap on for us to use which I'm eagerly waiting to arrive.

I just wanted to hear from other people who have done this and can anyone describe their experiences and any tips?
Positions that work etc?

Have you tried some toys or anything else on your own? In general, assuming you're both pretty new to it, my main advice would be to go slow, communicate a lot, and use lots of lube.

In terms of positions, doggy works really well for taking it and taking it all. But, if you're really new to all of this, then that may not be the best way to start. Maybe on your back, with some pillows under your ass would be better - that way she can see your face and keep an eye on how you're doing. I was in doggy my first time.... she got a bit carried away, which made things... pretty intense!

I've had a little experience with anal stuff. I have an aneros and have used It a few times.
But I guess that just goes in and sits instead of moving.

I think I'll go with the on the back position from what you have said and see how that goes.
I assume the dildo is more likely to rub against the prostate in that position anyways?

Hehe. I'm not sure that eBay officially recommends a technique for pegging. You're right, though, that it would probably be easier to start with trying to take the new toy by hand, (whether it's your hand or hers) first. In fact depending on the size of the strapon, you might want to warm up with the aneros just to ease your body into things.

I think the on-your-back position should work well for you (especially if she kinda likes to see you squirm a little bit). I've heard people say that to find the prostate you go in and kind of aim for the belly button, so that should be easier for her to visualize in that position as well. (Of course, you don't want her to be poking the head AT your prostate; you want the top of the shaft to be rubbing up on it as it penetrates). Once you get going, if you're both into it, she can always flip you over onto your hands and knees and really get to it. Or maybe that'll be a bit much for an innocent virgin like you... only time and experience will tell.

Slower the better, I assume you're already familiar on your own, but you're going to be a little more tense. A nice lube-y nitrile gloved finger or three is a good warm up.

Try not to have expectations either; it's going to be awkward as hell for her to wield the thing... Give it time to "click", and both of you having a sense of humor will help a great deal.

keep in mind she can't feel the thing, and you'll have to communicate quite a bit about how it's going. As for us, we love using the lube shooters to keep the mess down and plenty of lubricant where it needs to be...limiting cleaning lube off of a dyed leather harness and what-not.

If you haven't done so already, get an anal douche to help rinse out (warm tap only) and for some folks a hairy crack isn't a turn on, so a shave could be in order too. Also a tip: the first harness isn't always the best, but it's more important I think for a partner to get comfortable with the fit and motion a few times before they can say for sure whether it's a good fit or not. We were lucky enough to be close to The Smitten Kitten in Minneapolis and was able to try on before buy.

She has an Aslan Jaguar and a BSisNice Basic with a Tantus Silk M and L, and BSisNice Gspot M. There's quite a jump in the Tantus M and L sizes - the L is almost too much and the M just seems like a long thumb. The BS has a notable taper up from the base, it's friggin' wide at the bottom, I wish that girth was length instead because it has the best shape. BS is a Spanish retailer, platinum cured silicone and all, great quality.
