Im currently in 5 days denial and im always teasing myself do you have tips to control those urges . I dont have a chastity cage
Ps: I really like feet and it just make my denial worse!

If your goal is just to last, then stop teasing yourself, don't watch porn, etc. Denial is a lot more difficult if you tease yourself.

Generally with denial the urge to keep teasing more and closer is very strong so you keep telling yourself "just a little longer", "just one more edge", "just a little closer" and so you do until you inevitably fail. For that reason if you want to strike a balance between teasing, but also lasting, then give yourself boundaries. For example you may watch videos of feet and tease once per day for no more than 30 minutes a day. That kind of thing. Then stick to it. Make it for a specific time of day as well if you can. It will make that time much more impactful as well. You will really start to look forward to your "tease time" and think about it a lot too.

Another fairly obvious suggestion is to stay busy. Work on projects. Do productive tasks you have been putting off. Play video games. And so on ... Keeping your mind occupied keeps your from thinking about your denial and arousal.

That's okay. You just need to start over from beginning and add 1 day so it's gonna be 6 days now. Just get back to the edge and start 6 days count over from that moment. Remember to do the videos daily.
