OK. So I have stopped updating here what I have added on video by video basis. Almost everyday new videos are updated or added. So check it out, you might be surprised to find something you haven't seen before :)

Today marks a month since I have returned to the project (first publishing) , so I would like to share with guys a few milestones we have achieved since then...

First of all I have moved the streaming site to the cloud (yesterday). This should make it even faster for you in terms of response and loading. I myself have noticed a huge difference. This update does not affect the videos unfortunately as their loading speed is dependent on their hosts and current server load. This also brings changes to the address. It looks slicker now, and is not that long as it used to be. Worry not old address still works, it simply redirects you to the new one. I still treat this site as work in progress/beta/hobby archive. So maybe in the future we would end with even a better address to remember. For now I'm testing things out, playing lot's of oldschool CHs etc. Got a little bit over hyped and shared too much with you guys on older threads, resurrecting some lost/no longer available videos or videos in lower quality. I'm especially proud to bring back to the community Workout Lite 3 by tribes, which seemed lost forever. But anyway I stray from the topic of my own milestones...

Second, I have managed to test various online video players, that is why you won't see uniform players around the site. PornHub player is just a placeholder, if there is a MP4 CH video available I can upload a higher quality one replacing the placeholder videos. I would love to hear feedback on these players. I have built a preference for one player: one that does not reduce the video quality and resolution if we have a MP4 source and at the same time allows to download the video for those who prefer to enjoy the CH video offline. You can compare the video players side by side on a few video such as: CH Unleashed by Kaladin2k or Venus' Infinite Desire 3. If there is a wish to restore a certain video to high quality streaming please let me know I will gladly do it, so we can eliminate as much PH placeholders as there is a demand for it.

Third, it seems that I have stabilized video retention i.e. they seem to no longer vanish as much due to low usage, this enabled me to rebuild the site and populate it up to the point when Google Drive Videos became unavailable for play. So now I am focusing on adding new videos more or less chronologically from oldest to newest, entries appearing everyday (almost). There are some hidden videos around the site for those of you who are patient or curious. The button Customizer has a list of videos, which it will play for you once selected. At the end of the list are Cock Hero Rounds, which don't qualify as full CH videos but still are archived there for the sake of completion but also for their fun value as well.

I'm still interested to hear your thoughts and feedback so I can improve the experience for you if possible.

Thanks for your efforts. Your streaming plans complement nicely my (now somewhat neglected) archiving plans (see my "Mega Sharing Zones", linked in my .sig below).

To the initiator(s) and creator(s) involved in this streaming project, here are some friendly (but probably unnecessary) comments and theories about volunteer management of porn sites, ideas abstracted from my experience with Mega.nz and so forth --

• As with all volunteer efforts associated with porn on the internet, beware that your interest will fade. I recommend, you realize now that you won't get everything done as you might presently wish, you'll change desires, you'll grow disaffected or bored with the project, you'll return to it after some technologies change and you'll realize that there might have been a better way to organize it at the start, you'll get interested in changing your organizational or design principles as technological opportunities change, so on and so forth. You can't be perfect. So, in my opinion, the real task, is to contribute as you can, in the best way you can, at each juncture, at each interval of junctures. At week number one, you should try to have up and available to lots of people, as much as you can have up, given that it's only week number one. At week six, you should see what you can get available for week six's worth of effort. At week fourteen, even if new ideas occur to you, I suggest that you don't choose to reduce retroactively what is available down to a level lower than week thirteen's offerings. In other words, accretion is the name of the game. Meanwhile, a site, or a server, or a style of web interface, is likely to grow, change, shrink, get closed. Don't panic! Keep adding. "Keep calm and fap on."
  
  In other other words, more is better, in all things. Never hit the delete key, if you can help it. There's more grief associated with the rebuilding of something you once built but then un-built, than there is with the clumsiness of simply adding on top of something that (you may later sadly be realizing) probably ought to have been built differently from the outset.
  
  Well, this theory of mine may or may not be useful to you. Just some things to think about. I believe it's a principle in database management, this idea that you can't perfect and therefore should somehow accrete instead, but I am not a computer programmer, just a bright guy with an obsession for certain types of porn. And of course, you're free to organize and contribute in any manner you'd like, retroactive or not.

• I am not presently thinking of working on my archive in any manner, although I am aware of many additions which do belong in there but have not yet been added. It's not important to me right now. Otherwise, though, the stuff that isn't in there, which nevertheless probably deserves to be in there, isn't going to be getting in there any time in the near future.

Thank you for your sound advice book_guy. Yeah, I agree that initial hype is what gets you going at the start, mine didn't fade yet, although as you say I'm starting to have my doubts... Such as today or usually over the weekend when the servers are busy some streams are down, but this is something I can explain with more people staying at home/work from home nowadays, those streams will be up eventually. It's the streaming video hosts infrastructure not ready for this. I have a plan to combat this by having backup streams, but first I would love to have a complete streaming archive, backups later.

In the meantime I got feedback that one video host that I'm using is sometimes forcing the users to turn off their adblock to view the video. The video host denies this but I have experienced it myself. So a workaround to this is using Chrome/Chromium to view such videos, as those browsers are great at removing anti-adblock solutions. This has also lead me to try another new video player. With it I'm also experimenting with 4k streaming capabilities. You can test it for yourself on this video: Faster Than Cum 6 by porner97 You need to turn it on by clicking on the gear icon like in YouTube, as it plays in lower resolution by default.

Another new feature with the site I have been working this week is increasing its capabilities to serve more videos in one page. Originally the script enabled me to display max 3 videos at a time. But Required's Island series challenged this. So I thought it would be great to have all parts of his let's say Island 4 series to be placed one under another for ergonomics. So I had to upgrade the script, this resulted in a much bigger file, but I don't see that we lost speed with it loading fortunately, what indeed takes time is 4 videos loading from the streaming servers at once. Anyway you can check it out and test it as the entire Island Series is there. Just remember as I write this streaming servers are busy.

So, yeah I'm not giving up yet :)

I'm seeing some pushback recently on the older threads that you've been bumping, so I thought I'd add my comments here. I've been creating a lot of torrents for files that are otherwise only available on Mega or similar, and so far it seems reasonably well received. Something that seems to have mostly prevented people getting angry with me: you can mention a source for old videos, but it might be better to do it only if someone else has already bumped the thread. That way you're not the direct cause of these old threads floating to the top of the forum again.

Of course, I recognize that the reason you're doing it is to try to generate interest in the old videos so as to keep them alive at your file host. So perhaps there's a bit of a conflict of interest there. I suspect it would probably make people happier if you found some other solution, like the "Featured video" idea some have suggested. Just my two cents - I appreciate what you're doing to keep streaming sources of these videos available, but I understand why other people with different priorities would prefer not to see these threads bumped.

Thanks for your advice zingg. I haven't answered yet to doremi about his idea to make a featured video capability based on the last played parameter. So I will answer here as this also has came up on this main thread. I have already replied that current iteration of the streaming site relies on a very light script, making it in it's true form a static site. The great thing about this is that it doesn't use a lot of server resources. It does not have inflated files so it does take only a minimal amount of space on the host, and uses very few bandwidth resources as it is generated mostly client-side. This has its disadvantages also, being a static site it does not produce any data that could be saved for later use such as "last played video". Furthermore adding new features produces more code which inflates the site. Maybe I'm too paranoid with this, but I will take a more conservative approach this time. The reason is that when this site was a PHP/MySQL solution I have added too much features prematurely such as for example rating system. Yes this site used to have it :) But all of these actions just made the site unstable and very heavy on server load and I had to hop between webhosts frequently. So that is why a very lean iteration was developed, and I think the Featured Video idea is great (with the last view parameter), but I'm unsure how I can implement it with the current setup. I have thought about it however and have come up with another solution I would like to test first. It's a solution called Stream Defence. Basically it's a backup solution for the videos whenever they are down for any reason. It's not implemented yet, but I think I will prioritize it over featured video as this will not affect speed load of the website and hopefully will be a win-win situation for everyone: those of you who are digging into old forgotten videos, or streams that are not simply available anywhere else and for me to focus on adding new videos instead of maintaining old ones, and less older threads bumped for those users who don't appreciate abandoned/neglected cock hero historical videos and would like to focus only on newer releases. Anyway glad to be back with you guys archiving the Cock Hero genre on all the fronts: torrent, file-host download and streaming

I'm not sure about all the streaming possibilities, but I think one of them is PH. If videos have too much attention there, they may have more chances to be brought to the attention to those who will take them down. A user mirdanhel is collecting all the CH videos, and asked me if it's feasible to download some of his missing CH to complete his collection in this thread. Yes. There is a method for some videos. Although I now no longer actively use the streaming host that enables that, because the stream speeds are slow or staggering, and during peak hours the host defends his bandwidth overuse by forcing the viewers to disable adblock. But since downloading the videos and archiving them now is a hot topic in this community I decided to present a method with which you can grab your video from the streaming site for offline use:

1. Go to https://cockhero.netlify.app
2. Click on Customizer button.
3. Find the video you seek to download or look it up on the main page (some are unavailable on the main page)
4. Disable AdBlock (otherwise it wont let you download), at least I can't with AdBlock on.
5. Play video.
6. Click on download button.
7. Survive the pop-up wall until you are finally able to click download for the n-th time, to download. I had to click at least 3 times.
8. Download starts

I have complained but in the mean time the video host got better in terms of stream speed, and has become a little more ad friendly. This led me to review my strategy of populating the site with videos. So I have set two goals more for the near future:
1.Replacing old PH streams with original quality streams if the video was released in mp4 format (I already started doing this since yesterday).
2. Adding more downloadable streams preferably in the original quality as well (this can also be achieved only with mp4 streams). Can present you with more downloadable CH videos that I have made available for test purposes and per user mirdanhel request:

First of all, I like that you're dividing the series up to make it easier to find those. Second, that column of death is REALLY hard to navigate. The easiest way to do it at this point is to Command F search by keyword. Can I make a recommendation? Divide the "OTHER" list into videos first by length, then alphabetically.

I'd go Under 30 Minutes, 30:01 to 45:00, then 45:01 to 01:00:00, then anything over an hour. And everything in those categories will be alphabetized. And if you could create drop down menus to reduce the amount of scrolling necessary, that be even better.

No matter what, it's awesome you're doing this.

Yes. You're right. The list on the left of the site is getting harder and harder to navigate as it's getting longer. I no longer have patience to scroll it down to the bottom myself all the time. So as you do, I search it by using keyword search. But hey, that means that there is now about 450 full cock hero videos listed on the site, not counting the "hidden" CH rounds in the Customizer I have already thought of redesigning the site or making it easier to navigate for better experience. At some point brewster even sent me a new design template, will have to ask him to resend it since it's not available anymore on the host he chose to share it with me.

So yeah, this will be my next goal perhaps to work on the UI, or shortening the list (like you suggested), maybe some kind of sorting. But for now I'm focusing on two things: to complete the CH collection on the site and to provide a smooth streaming experience.

A little about the "Other" section: So far it's sorted more all less by release date on Milovana and skewed a bit my addition of the CH videos to the site. I try not to revolutionize the order of the videos on the site as I know that old users who remember the site from long time ago and CH fans that frequent the site a lot have already memorized the order. So I tend to add the videos to the end of the Other list or if a new series emerges I add it at the bottom of the column of Series. What may be a little confusing is that now I have started to add the newest CH videos and older entries at the same time. Those newer ones are added with a new tag, to spot them easily from the crowd. I could make the Other section more precise with their release on Milovana, but now I have to take into consideration PH only or Empornium exclusive releases. The way the site is constructed now is whatever change to the ordering I make, it's permanent. I do appreciate your idea of sorting it by size and alphabetically, might give it a try once I get around to stabilizing the streams. Another thing I always have at the back of my head is that any changes to the code must be light on bandwidth usage and cpu friendly. This means also that I add new features with reluctance, as I already had to roll them back for using too much resources (who remembers the CH ratings on the site?).
