Well, I think some Milovana users have made this experience already.
I believe it would be interesting if Kike1989esp would do all "building a new habit" teases and write a blog or report in the forum about it.

tried the first week a while ago and found it a bit too slow in progress.
If you want some support while taking the course, I would offer that I do challenges appropriate to my experience level and we exchange reports .

Well, I'm not completely sure what experience you mean.
In case of the teases:
The technique used to get comfortable was not quite the right way for me to create the habit. So, this was kinda boring. I don't want to spoil the teases, so I don't go into detail here.
In general: I had the urge to try it for some time, before I actually convinced myself to do it. I really didn't like it first. But every time I masturbated again the urge was back even if the past experiences weren't great. Finally I challenged myself to end every session this way, regardless if I was in the mood or not. It required a lot of willpower at first. Especially because I did it without assistance . So, yes, it was really intense in the beginning.
