This looks like a great game! If you wanted to toy with the expected length of denial you could add an element of chance. For example, if you wanted much longer denial periods than the system that was prescribed, then you could change the event of adding a point to depend on something like a coin flip. You must guess the coin flip correctly to get a point, otherwise you don't add a point. Or you must guess the die roll correctly or else you don't get to add a point.

On the other hand, if you wanted shorter time denial you could basically do similar but opposite. If you guess the coin flip correctly you add 2 points, otherwise just 1. Or guess a die roll correctly to get a bonus point.

Even better you could set tasks that earn additional points. I can only imagine how devious a good dom / domme could be with this one. I kinda like the idea of only earning a point after making your dom/domme cum AND the 24 hour denial period.
