Can't find this tease

I'm looking for a tease that I only faintly remember. In the beginning there is instructions on what certain fingers are for, eg. ring finger for lube, middle finger for anal, index ringer for precum or similar and the fingers are henceforth referred to as such.
Anybody know which one I'm talking about?
