First of all, I don't care about the type of content. Stories, Captioned Images, Videos, etc. are fine for me. It is more about the fantasy itself.
I love scenarios where the teasing is coming from a seemingly innocent angle but is done intentionally. I do prefer female doms, although dom and sub might not even be the right words in those scenarios. But you know what I'm talking about.
The sub doesn't realize that he/she is teased on purpose and plays along until it ends in frustration. The intent of the dom can be manifold - a personal T&D fetish, just having fun at the expense of others, taking revenge on someone, or whatever else comes to mind. The more casual the scenario, the better. In the best case, the dom never reveals her true motive and acts as if she didn't notice or makes up excuses.
It might become clearer with some examples:
* A simple flirt or even several dates, where the dom just keeps teasing without the intention of anything serious happening
* Typical friend-zone scenarios where the dom is fully aware and makes life especially hard for the sub on purpose
* A dom dressing sexy to get attention and play with her victims but will not get physical
* A dom just talking about her despise for someone (or maybe even a group like "all men") and what she does to them using teasing techniques
I mentioned the word "malicious" in the title. This is a big bonus. It is OK if the teasing is done for fun, but if a malicious intent is the motive, it works even better for me. Everything from making the sub hurt emotionally short time to destroying his/her life completely by tricking him/her into making very stupid long term decisions.
