I would like to experiment a little with music instead of metronome: I want you to get relatively short video (about 10 - 15 minutes) without background music. I think FFFM would be a good category for this.
You will then select some of your favorite music tracks, so you have music for the whole video. The tracks should have a speed around 120 bpm with at least one that has a speed around 150 bpm. There are a lot of tools to find out how fast a song is played. You can use this for example: https://songbpm.com/. I want you also to sort the songs ascending to their speed. Start with the slowest, end with the fastest.

While stroking to this video, I want you to switch between your dominant and non-dominant hand every 2 minutes.
You are allowed to edge as you like. However when you edge, you will do different things according to the hair color of the girl who is currently sucking/fucking/stroking the cock:
