I've recently found references to the above as a teasing stroke but definitions(Urban dictionary) are not clear.
Can anybody shed any light on how this is done?

Interesting. My understanding:

-Put both hands in front of you, palms facing yourself, fingers pointing toward each other.
-Curl your fingers in a bit, almost as if you were holding a can of soda/beer in each hand.
-Now slide your hands towards each other, so that your right index finger goes between your left index & middle finger; right middle finger goes between left middle finger & ring finger, etc. (Lefties might want to swap left and right in that instruction? Try both and see what feels better.)
-Once your fingers are "interlocked", continue to slide your hands together until the knuckles on your right hand are touching the knuckles on your left hand. (Think as if you were fist bumping yourself, but your fingers are extended out instead of in a fist.)
-At this point, your fingers should be interlocked, with your right fingers touching your left palm, and your left fingers touching your right palm.
-Place your hands so that your fingers are touching the underside of your penis.
-Open/close your hands as needed for your hands to feel comfortable and for you to have a "grip" on your penis.
-Stroke away. Thumbs are in a great spot to tease the head while you stroke.

That's the only way I can make sense of the description. Hope that helps & feels good (unable to try it out at the moment.)

Thanks for that, I think you've probably got it. I've certainly seen reference
to being able to use your thumbs on the head.

The part that confuses me is where it says, "the man interlocks his fingers, pinky to pointer". I cannot think of how to follow the instructions that fulfills that part while still allowing both thumbs to reach the head.

It's perplexing.

I think the Urban Dictionary description is just worded poorly. I believe it just means that all of your fingers should be interlocked. Your pinky and pointer don't actually touch.

This is how it should look like:

With your hands like that, you wrap your fingers around your penis to stroke and your thumbs are both at the head.
