Bokki Tease Club - feedback thread

As a big fan of your work I was excited to see a tease with your name coming up to the list of webteases.

I managed to make it through to get the first code but am still somehow holding off to continuing and finishing the tease

I don't know what it is, I found the amount of text per page sometimes to be a bit much and that took away from it being stimulating for me, perhaps i'm just a lazy reader and get discouraged by a big sum of text. Also the diffrent colors which is a fine way to indicate who is saying it took a while for me to get used to.

I still plan to finish it one day, and I'm sure I'll be thrilled about it then.

Yeah, this tease can be quite dense, when I want to write a story with it can be a little hard to balance with the teasing... Colours was kinda necessary without using a million pages

Btw: When my girlfriend and I watched the new Black Mirror, I had to tell her that a certain tease author already did this. If I could, I would give you the budget of Black Mirror - imagine how awesome that would be.

And you mean Bandersnatch? Care to elaborate? This came out before Bandersnatch ofc, but was inspired by Doki Doki Literature Club I can see a few similarities now that you point it out though...

Seems an amazing tease so far.

I tend to give teases a little "test run" to see if they look interesting. I'll play a little of the teases and if the stuff seems interesting, I'll return to it when I have the opportunity and I'm in the mood. All I can say is, I'm wowed. It feels like I'm actually playing a visual novel, and I'm invested. Hell, it's giving me feels. I reached up till the chastity introduction and while I want to lock myself up, I'm conflicted cuz I don't want to make Hailey sad. And really that's a huge compliment, although I don't typically want to have the feels when I play teases :P

I'll post more as I progress when I can

I hope you enjoy it :) Especially for this one the visual novel feel is quite apt and I'm happy to hear it. And yeah...most of my teases I at least make an attempt to incorporate the feels in one way or another, so see how this one makes you feel then judge if its worth looking at the rest I suppose!

Thanks for the spot, made a post but forgot to thank you ;)

Sera has fixed it though! Just need to reload the viewer if you viewed the white text. I'll leave the note in black about the glitch in, in case anyone does stumble upon it :)

I know this is super late (I've been a long-time lurker and just finally decided to get an invite code for an account) but I just wanted to say that I love your teases, Shattered. You're one of the few authors who develops amazing and creative storylines that help immerse the user in the tease. Thank you so much for your hard work and for sharing with the community!

And I'll say again, no such thing as late - I very much like to see people still enjoying my stuff and commenting on it when its passed the front page. I enjoy a welcome reception to a release but hearing things every now and then is nice.

Is this somehow loosely based or inspired by the doki doki literature club? I see some similarities...

I will however not read the answer to the question until I have seen the end, since that might be a major spoiler. Somehow, I am a bit afraid since that thought crossed my mind
