Iirc in AndyP's thread there were similar projects announced and talked about, but I think their are down and vanished.
This one here is intended to use it for CHC-videos, but as far as I see it, there is no 'special' feature in it for CHC's.
Instead of the 3 CHC-related folders it could also be a home-video-player for private videos, just label the 3 folders to select from to Xmas, Summer holidays and birthday-party.
My Random Beatmeter Video Player (that one which is linked in my sig, not the new one I talked about in this thread), that is not meant to play CHC-videos with it, the contrary is the case, so I would not count it in, either.
It is meant to play porn which you personally find totaly exciting, let's say you have one model, for example Bonnie Rotten, which you find great and exicting and you have a movie with her, ... with my player you could 'experience' that movie in a CHC way, let's say she does a striptease, in the moment her boobies are out you could start a random beatmeter (in the new version of my player you could specify the start of the random beatmeter in a seperate xml file, you could also place text in the video at specific times of the video, you could also set stop times (start and stop up to 6 beatmeters each video).
I guess I just will not find the time to finish my new player any time soon, but just to think things through:
select which scenes from certain cock-hero videos I really like; code or tag them as to my preferences, maybe with three or four characteristics
Just thinking of how this could be done, technically.
The tagging while watching should not be too complicated, the player would need a 'tagging'-mode (there are technical reasons, ... that would go too far if I would explain that here), which would allow to tag what you wanna tag and then skip to the next round, in such a tagging mode, no round should be displayed twice, so that you can go through all the scenes (rounds) for tagging, maybe with your trousers still on (just tagging, not fapping).
The tagging could be done by keyboard-shortcuts, ... i.e. 'N' for Not like, 'L' for like, which could happen on the fly, so that the video don't pause, it could also be done by hitting 'T' (for 'tagging') on the keyboard which would pause the video and call a new menu-window with pre-defined tags to make a hook at it (like/don't like) and some textfields with tag-titles, like, ... well, please think about it and define those tags you would really need (models, how much models per round should be named? ... Would it REALLY be necessary to know if Fred and Joe or John and Jane like it?)
plays my preferred scenes (only) in an unpredictable (though not necessarily random) order, while it also

Every entry (for every round, not just for every video!!!) has it, so that could easily be used for a minimum rounds that should have been played, i.e. set that number to 4, would mean you have 3 other rounds to play before this one with the '4' in it would be played.

Well, the question is how to select the (random) scenes, which priority would a model selection like that would have?
Back to Bonnie Rotten, ... let's say you chose her, and you have maybe just 3 scenes tagged with her, ...
should only those 3 scenes appear? I guess a percentage would be good, so let's say you chose her,
a random round would be chosed, then there would be a 50/50 chance that the video tags are compared to the model selection,
... that would bring her up more often, but not always, .... maybe an option to set the percentage?

In my new (prototype) player there are 2 ways to end it, it can count the number of rounds or just take the number of seconds it should run, ... easy to implement.
Well, my player, ... I guess this post already sounds like an advertising, but be warned, ... it still has also many disadvantages, there are 2 versions, ... one is based on windows media player, that one crashes as soon as you hit a mouse button while playing a video, the other one works fine, but only if you run Win7, maybe Win8, it doesn't work with Win10, and you need an older Version of VLC-Media-Player installed,... so this is far from perfect!

Go to your Visual Studio Folder, it should be found in your 'documents' folder.
In it you have a folder structure like that:
Visual Studio 2013/Projects/Your_Ranomizer/Your_Ranomizer/bin/Debug/
Go there, double-click on the exe file in that folder, the program should run.
If you have libaries to add to your program, just google for 'ILMergeGui' to add them to your final exe file.
Ok. I was thinking of a website, where you can upload your program and source code, and it verifies that your program doesn't contain any malicious code, and gives it a seal of approval, showing it is safe to run.
Sounds also like a good idea!
