Well written and nicely done. However I don't know whether that much weight isn't too much. Have you tested it out on one of your slaves or somebody at least? It might be too much and pretty dangerous. You stated that we shouldn't do anything dangerous however it still looks like it might be impossible for everyone

Same here, too heavy weights for safe play

On the start I tell you to add until YOU can't take it anymore, "You" means its different for every people, some could stop at 5 or at 7 and so on.
I have put lots of breaks between, and if you don't go all out in the end(obviously...you will not put the high numbers) you will be fine, I will not say its easy though.
I have tested it(not exactly the same) in a slave I had in real life.

I can always lower some number if you guys want it.

There is part with jumping 1x1l ...10x10L,
10KG for jumping, or wrist height drops, I dont think is a good idea if any plans to have more kids

Is the problem the amount of litres? Or the number of drops?
