Well that was quite something!
The choice of quizmistresses was really great, and I think the way you are increasing difficulty is very good. The 'telling' or 'story writing' lacks a bit compared to the first part, but is still good. You did pay a lot of attention to detail, as for example to make sure the player always knows when an edge is leading into 'holding the edge'. I also like that you at least give the player a chance to figure out which mistress will reward what. Great work, can't wait to see your next!
For me this quiz is a solid 4.7 (compared to part 1, which was 5).
For the next part, the first thing that came to my mind was redheads. Of course you could also go for 'big breasts' or 'silicone', but that would be too easy (since you just did 'small tits'). I would personally love to see 'thigh gap', don't know if that is doable (but please please please).

For me, that quiz was too long. Maybe I'm just not used to it, not experienced enough, dunno. Also, I hated Riley (well the personality you gave her). So just removing Riley from the game would make it more 'replayable' for me. Totally subjective, of course.
Some of the questions seemed a bit unfair (at least on the first playthrough), which is generally fine, since it encourages playing again. I'm not talking about knowing stuff, but for example Celeste's question if I actually want to see her. Of course I wanted to, she is hot! Also I didn't know Riley's last name, I don't know anything about porn actresses. Well, that somehow also counts to knowledge so that's ok. On the other hand, I finished with 55 points, which means I was just one bad question away from a 'better ending'. It felt a bit strange finishing the knowledge-questions-round with nearly perfect score but loosing so much in the 'final round'.
BUGS:
There was one page that was missing the metronome, it was one of Riley's going once every three seconds in the final round (before reward rounds).
There is also a possible bug/problem in the first race with Piper. It was a really fast timer (20 seconds?) with 75 strokes. I failed (and accepted the minus points) although I did it. The problem is, I have to read quickly what to do, have a glimpse at the timer, do as instructed, then pick my mouse and click on the button. On the first playthrough, I managed to do the strokes but couldn't click on the button in time. The second time I went for 60 strokes and enough time to click. I guess that is an inherent problem with those races. Somehow you did that better in the first quiz while still being really difficult (I remember I failed that twice, partly because I focused on the girl too much). Maybe go for double the time with double the strokes, that's still a challenge, but easier to take the time to grab the mouse.
I will totally play it again, just need some time to recover...
