What image search do you mean? Does google or any other search engine allow you to search for the name of a person on a image?

I'm not sure it's her, the face looks different to me...

First of all, yes, Google can search by image, and locate similar images. This led me to discover the model here is Lara Alvarez, but not Lara Alvarez the Spanish sportscaster and TV presenter. It looks like she did some lingerie modeling for Kiby's, and then disappeared. Who knows when.
