The doctor is very likely correct. One can easily use Photoshop to make their penis look bigger in picture, but by looking at shadow effects and vein size, you can tell whether the picture has been altered or not.
Given that every single man that claims to have a foot long penis or larger has largely been debunked has either having enhancement surgery or using Photoshop, the man only has a six inch penis.
