I highly recommend downloading Mega version. The quality is much better and you'll also be able to use the round chapters embedded in the video using any player that supports is (VLC for example). In case of this video it's quite important - you'll be skipping at least two times and chapter markers help a lot.

Duration: 48m 18s. Effective play time is about 30m when doing one of three challenges.
Content type: Hardcore. This includes a lot of anal, double- and triple- penetration, gangbangs, deep throating and similar. If this is not your type of content, please skip watching this video.
Rounds: 7. Round 1 is warmup, round 7 is reward. Rounds 2, 3 and 4 are challenges.

Challenges: This is a new feature compared to first Madness. Video contains a total three challenges which you pick one from. They are explained in more detail within the video.
Beat meter: Yes, the video has a beat meter at the bottom of the screen. There's also audio and text cues which will guide you through each round.
Round length bar: There's a bar indicating the length of the round at the top of the screen.
Release countdown: There's a countdown in the last round, which ends at the end of the round. Only when it reaches zero, you're allowed to cum.

This video is a sequel of Cock Hero 1 Hour Madness. It aims to improve on various aspects based on the feedback left - big thanks to those who took their time to write few words. Most notably, the overall quality should be much better - higher resolution, higher quality video material, cleaner looking beat meter.

An important note: do not skip over the video. The video itself is meant to guide you through without peeking. In case you're wondering if you're going to enjoy the content, check previous Madness video instead. If you liked it, you're going to like this one too. If you didn't, this one won't be entertaining to you either.

Tried it last night. Went for the speed challenge. Finished where I was supposed to. It was fun, but with the choosing of challenges, it felt a little short. Next time, I’ll just do all three challenges (if I can). :D

This is one of the best CHs I've played in a while. It's my kind of format. The Focus Challenge is awesome. I barely held it together. Now my goal is to get through Ultimate. Thanks for all of your effort!

After I downloaded this and your other release, Satisfaction, I took the advice you gave when I asked in what order you would recommend watching these.

I usually like to find a short CH video as a warm-up before tackling any new release, because I like making sure I am ready and I think it bumps up the challenge.

I went to Pornhub and found that a short 1 round CH Christmas round was available and had just been released. I watched it and proceeded into CH Satisfaction. Amazing work, the quality was amazing, the girls were great and the content was an excellent warm-up to CH Madness 2.

I followed the instructions and decided to start with Endurance as I feel that is my strength. I finished when I was supposed to.

Now I have just completed Focus and Speed levels as my warm-up for the Ultimate challenge. I am about to embark on this adventure and I'm asking everyone on here for luck, as I don't think I will make it to the end.

So far Madness is an insane adventure that was definitely worth downloading.
