To be clear that only means you'll have to target him with your wheel 2 results (should you get any that targets another player). All other things like results from other spins, boxes, anything you get from winning and posting pictures are not affected! Just like the free passes should only be useable on the results of the wheel. With this 'fix' the game will stay balanced.
