Well meaning advice - give some background. Who is it for? What's going to be the content? Will it be made public? Is this commercial or just for fun?
Generally, I'd say your chances to find somebody who agrees to record something for you without knowing what it's about, are very slim. If you post the text (or perhaps a sample of it) you want to get recorded, you have a chance somebody might be intrigued enough to make it a reality. Another option would be to offer some money for the service.
Again, I'm not trying to put you down or anything and you might very well get lucky - all I'm saying is that if you want to get something for free, you must give something first.
