1. Proceed as in the picture
2. If you can't sleep properly while locked up you are free to unlock yourself for the night, BUT for every two nights without the cage you have to add a day
3. Daily edging - minimum is equal to the number of days you started with. You are free to do more but it has to be a number that is dividable by your starting number (for example if you start with ten Days you HAVE to edge 10 times a day or you can do more. But if you do the 11th edge you have to continue until you reach 20. Beyond that you have to reach 30 and so on)
4. If you happen to have a ruined orgasm, roll a die and add the number of days
