Well not to sound mean, but i think everyone knows that. Not just Med. students. Anyways, anyone who frequents this site knows that teases are altered to each individuals taste. And no sane person will do anything to permanantly injure themselves by choice with no (real life) repercussions.

Although it does sound a little mean, everyone should know that. Everyone should know half the warnings that are put on boxes too, but they still end up there for a reason. And although you say in jest, no oral cleansing of a sex toy that is porous is really sufficient.

Just remove the condom inbetween, and maybe apply a new one ;) I think this is the safest way to use toys for both.
