Tech Support: Chat Issues

Hey seraphox! Not sure if you've been getting notifications but our dear old chat room is continuing to glitch and freeze up multiple times a day for all web users and then stays frozen for hours ever since the update. Can anything be done or is it in the process?

I still get moments when words just do not appear as I type ..or after I type
Java upto date as is flash

Yes chat is still very wonky and glitchy and unavailable to many. And yes, the temporary chatzy is still in full operation.

Had to do a reload to see my words
initially they were..invisible
no one in chat
so I suspect the issue has been going on before I logged in

Still hoping we can get this working

oddly enough a whole lot of people showed up not long after I posted this
(only 10 minute)
and chat looked stable..
however I am leaving this post up
jsut incase the gremlin that is causing the problems can be tracked down.

Weird question: Perhaps it has something to do with useage on support server??
Like lots of people on the support server at a certain time??
just a thought..

Well milo chat continues to glitch three months in now.. its like a season of The Walking Dead... seems safe for a day and then the attacks come and everyone freezes up for hours or in this case again, two days now.

Our temporary chatzy is now a premium room with pm capabilities for ten weeks now. Come by if you want to chat...

Different note
I have noticed Milovana chat seems to take up a lot of ..bandwidth..
what I mean is: I have difficulty running other programs
on the internet at the same time as Milovana chat.
I have 144 Mbs wi-fi pathetic I Know but is the best I can do in the middle of nowhere
when I try to also open tumblr
milovana chat slows down soo much...
also have problems with the slowness of tumblr
so there may be some issues there...

Chat is also crashing on occasion again.

Do you use opera browser? it could be the answer to your problem as it has a "turbo" button on it for slower connections

Chat issues (still?)
When someone replied in lounge I could not see their name

Screen shot taken WITH permission of the only other person in chat

other glitches still present:
names do not show up when someone enters room
words still become invisible at random

I know these issues can be fixed if you have the time.....
please it is an important part of Milo

Why do I only get "Connecting..." on either Safari or Chrome, and it never connects? I had chatted my very first day here, but it never connected since.
