( days rested / recommended days rest ) * time lasted = score
So for the Revolution videos, where 3 days rest is recommended you would have "recommend days rest = 3". Maybe you have rested for 6 days, so "days rested = 6". And for time lasted, you made it exactly 10 minutes - you could convert that to 10.0 minutes or 600 seconds; I'll use 600 seconds, so "time lasted = 600"
So, for example:
score = ( 6 / 3 ) * 600 = 1200
Someone better at math than me (which should be a lot of people) could probably tweak that formula by adding, subtracting or multiplying different parts of it with different values to adjust the scoring even more: add a resting bonus, multiply by a degree of difficulty, whatever you can come up with.
Just my suggestion if you really want to do some math.
