I've been here since the beginning of this forum and seen its highs and lull's. Truth be told this forum has been slowly dying lately due to the fact that new account creation is disabled.

So we have a porn edit chatroom for pmv/compilators/cock hero creators and fans. The purpose is to have a place where creators and fans can live chat.

Agreed, someone needs to re-enable new accounts. Or maybe the WHOLE community could be "moved" as a single giant port-over to a new domain name, if someone knows how to do that. It wouldn't be too difficult, in terms of the overall site management, to grand-size the change-over or to notify all members here that there's going to be a change-over. Problem would be if the old "owners" and maintainers return and are miffed and want the community to come back ...

the admins are reportedly too busy to attend to the site, going more than a year at a time without logging in

so there's rarely anyone to approve new account creations or fix problems like the email notification being broken

don't ask for the mods to put up a notice to this effect or they will get upset, i guess because it sends the wrong message or is considered the wrong thing to say (in fact i edited this note to try to avoid the wrath of someone)

So that´s why the forum was slowly dying, i didn´t knew about the new account creation was disabled... It´s really sad to see that happening.

I really hope they activate account creation again, we seriously need some new blood to keep evolving CH´s to new standards.

Cock Hero is already such a niche community, I'm really concerned about what would happen without Milovana remaining active. I wouldn't have made either of my videos this year if I hadn't been able to create an account here to post them and get feedback.

I really ....REALLY hope that milovana stays alive.... Honestly i think i would lose all my interest in creating new content if it wasn´t for milovana...

The concept of Cock Hero, I genuinely think, ain't gonna die. There are several spin-offs, each with one or another vague capacity for discussion and the passing of messages -- dot-info, dot-com, dot-org, dot-whatever-whatever. So if Milovana bleeds away to nothing, there would still be a few crossroads that are populated enough that people can help direct one another to new gathering points. The problem isn't, so much, that Cock Hero as a concept will die, or that people will stop making them, or that people won't be able to find them. Heck, they're starting to show up on Empornium and Pornhub without having been vetted through the Milovana boards at all, every now and again. The problem, in my opinion, would not be that people would stop making Cock Hero videos.

Rather, I think the problem would be that, should there be a slow death of Milovana, the Cock Hero phenomenon would transmogrify into the image of its future hosts. If it gets to where Milovana has died and only Empornium hosts new Cock Hero videos, then Cock Hero videos will turn into Empornium-style videos, with ultra-high Gigabyte bandwidth distributed solely through torrents. Or if they end up only at Pornhub, then the quality of the video playback will run itself downwards to Pornhub's typical level and standards, and the capacity for feedback will be muted by the trolling and preposterous wide-open flame-war-style commentary that can happen at an unmoderated everything-goes type porn board. See what I mean?

So basically, Cock Hero won't die, it will just change flavor, into the flavor(s) of whichever new location(s) it moves itself to. And maybe the new flavor will be more to your personal liking, but I bet it's more likely the new flavor will be a lot LESS to your liking than it currently is. Right?

I don't think nearly as many Cock Hero videos get created in a post-Milovana world. I hope I'm wrong.

Yeah, ya know, I could see it your way, too. I hope it's wrong, as you also do, but there's no reason to believe that the growth in development won't turn into a reduction in development.

Oh arg, I didn't realize there was a site admin problem, I knew the site was slow but it has seemed slower than usual. I have had passing fears of this site going down though because I'm really invested in the things on it. I've spent a lot of time in guideme and the guidemescript engine and I would hate to lose contact with creators of those tools and future updates.

Further there are a bunch of things being worked on slowly by people that I would hate to miss out on. Will bookmark the discord so I don't lose that in the event of anything going away.
