Pictures not showing up when adding a Page

Pictures not showing up when adding a Page

When I add a new page using "Add Page" it says the picture was uploaded successfully. However, after I saver the page, it's not showing up in the preview. I can go back and edit the page and re-upload the image and it will show up. This has happened on four new pages in a row now. Can someone help me? Am I doing something wrong? This is not my first time to author a tease and I've never had this issue before.
