Hi Stefaf,

Here's an example. The Tease had ended and Tease AI was sitting idle. All of a sudden, this exception was thrown.

System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.

I hope this is useful.

Hi, there seems to be a problem with the @MiniScript()-Command. When I run it from a module in the Custom-Folder, the MiniScript itself works -- but then when it comes back to the module it sometimes jumps to a random line. Some of the time it works though and it goes to the line it was called from, which makes it really confusing.

Also, I can't get the @EdgeMode(Video, GotoLine)-Command to work. This is what I'm trying:

Code: Select all

(VideoLoop)
@RT(Let's take a look, Check out this video, Check this out, How about that, Let's see, Let's take a peek, Maybe this will help you, Hmmm, Okay, Here's something, Let's just jump randomly in here, I'm gonna jump randomly into this one, Take a look, Let's watch, Let's watch a bit of this one, Let's see, You like that one, Interesting, Nice, Hm hm hm, Oookay, Here we go, Let's check this one out, Let's check this video out for a bit, Here's one, How about that one, Let's take a peek into that one, Let's a take a glimpse here, Let's see if you can enjoy 50 seconds of that #Grin, Maybe that one, Oh oh, Uhhh, #Smile, #EmoteRandom, #EmoteMoan, *whistle*, hehe, ^^) @PlayVideo(50) @JumpVideo @EdgeMode(Video, OutOfVideoLoop)
#NotThereYet @EdgeMode(Normal) @Goto(VideoLoop)
(OutOfVideoLoop)
#LetTheEdgeFade
Okay that's confusing. To clarify: @RT() @PlayVideo(50) @JumpVideo @EdgeMode(Video, OutOfVideoLoop) would be all in the same line. So basically:

Code: Select all

(VideoLoop)
@RT(bunch of different options) @PlayVideo(50) @JumpVideo @EdgeMode(Video, OutOfVideoLoop)
#NotThereYet @EdgeMode(Normal) @Goto(VideoLoop)
(OutOfVideoLoop)
#LetTheEdgeFade
Again, sometimes it seem to work, but more often than not, you get stuck in the loop, no matter how many times you tell her you've edged.

Oh... I forgot; there is also something wrong with the "sending you a file" thing she does some times. Sometimes there's a file, sometimes not. Sometimes it has text in it, and sometimes it has what looks like part of the script. It's probably just a missing quote or end-of-comment in the code someplace.

And also; THANK YOU! For creating this! Lots of issues, but lots of FUN!

I don't know if anyone still reads these, but here is what seems to be another bug: If you call any module using the @Call-Command, the program just stops once it gets to the @End-Line of the called module. Wouldn't it make more sense if it would go to a link? Alternatively maybe put in the command guide that every called module has to end with @StartStroking.

There is also a problem with the @CallReturn-Function. I thought perhaps you could nest them, but it's actually worse than with the @MiniScript thing. When you nest Miniscripts, at the end it will just collapse back to the point the first Miniscript was called from (and skipping anything in between). When you nest @CallReturn-Scripts it get's stuck.
So let's say I'm in Module1 and I @CallReturn to Module2. Module 2 @CallReturns to Module3. After Module3 ends it actually goes succesfully back to Module 2. But that's where it gets stuck once it hits the @End-Command and can't find it's way back down to the first Module.

I got this too, and after some testing I think I narrowed it down to the combination of a multiple choice branch with a Goto command in a Miniscript. For some reason that seems to throw it off. The Miniscript ends normally, but then you end up on the wrong line when returning to the main script. Doesn't happen when the Goto is not in a multiple choice branch.

I do hope this project gets up and running again at some point...
It's not a random line, the line where the MiniScript ends (ex line 48) is where the Script from where you called it starts when it comes back. Doesnt matter if you call it from line 8.

Another bug regarding MiniScripts
Inside a MiniScript
It can go "up" using a @Goto() command - Only down...

Someone explain this?
Sooo
Before I placed the @NullResponse on a line below and above the (Base) the script would crash when choosing options that would otherwise return you to (Base).
After I placed the @NullResponse it didn't. It was the ONLY thing I changed and it made it work. WHY??!?!?! :slap:

Code: Select all

@NullResponse
(Base)
@NullResponse
@SystemMessage You have the following options @ShowImage[\GNMImages\GNMBackground\BackgroundBase1.jpg]
[1]@NullResponse @Goto(Options2)
[2]@NullResponse @Goto(Options3)
[3]@NullResponse @Goto(Options4)
[4]@NullResponse @Goto(LaunchSession)
@DifferentAnswer @SystemMessage Input unrecognized, try with 1, 2 or 3 @ShowImage[\GNMImages\GNMBackground\BackgroundBase1.jpg]
(Options2)
@SystemMessage You have the following options @ShowImage[\GNMImages\GNMBackground\BackgroundBase2.jpg]
[1]@NullResponse @Goto(Chores)
[2]@NullResponse @Goto(ExtraChores)
[3]@NullResponse @Goto(SleepMode)
[4]@NullResponse @Goto(Base)
@DifferentAnswer @SystemMessage Input unrecognized, try with 1, 2 or 3 @ShowImage[\GNMImages\GNMBackground\BackgroundBase2.jpg]
(Options3)
@SystemMessage You have the following options @ShowImage[\GNMImages\GNMBackground\BackgroundBase3.jpg]
[1]@NullResponse @Goto(EasyChallenge)
[2]@NullResponse @Goto(MediumChallenge)
[3]@NullResponse @Goto(HardChallenge)
[4]@NullResponse @Goto(ChallengeDone)
[5]@NullResponse @Goto(Base)
@DifferentAnswer @SystemMessage Input unrecognized, try with 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5
My only argument is that when doing a @Goto() it starts reading at -1 which normally wouldn't exist?
But in this case I created it with the @NullResponse above the (Base)

Hey everyone. Tease AI keeps crashing whenever the "know you better" script runs after it asks be about having a chastity belt. I posted what pops up when it crashes. If anyone has any advice for me I would greatly appreciate it!

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

I don't know this particular script, so i can only tell you in general, what's the problem. But it seems to contain an error. In Line 4392 TAI loops through all lines of Code until it finds the destination to go to. If it doesn't find it, this error is thrown. The destination line has to start(!) exactly(!) with it. Means: No Space in Front and Case-Sensitive.

Hmmm. if it's:

Code: Select all

(Base)
@SystemMessage You have the following options @ShowImage[\GNMImages\GNMBackground\BackgroundBase1.jpg]
after: (no crash)

Code: Select all

@NullResponse
(Base)
@SystemMessage You have the following options @ShowImage[\GNMImages\GNMBackground\BackgroundBase1.jpg]
and the first line of the file is the destination to Jump to, i would know whats the problem - and i'll add a fix. Is it that way genome231?

Hey, can someone confirm if the @DommeLevel() Command Filter its working?

In the debug mode, all the levels are playing, not sure if you need to be in a session to TeaseAI get the Domme Level.

Hi Stefaf!
Exactly! - Placing a NullResponse at the top fixed my issue.
Its like when Tease-AI returns from a miniscript it returns to the end of the previous. If said line doesn't exist = crash :-)
Hope this makes sense?

Its like when Tease-AI returns from a miniscript it returns to the end of the previous. If said line doesn't exist = crash :-)
Hope this makes sense?

This issue is not only in miniscripts - but the rest makes perfectly sense. I've already added a fix on github to solve this issue, so the next release wont have this problem anymore.
