That would be Sasha Foxx and thats from Brat Princess 2. (Its a studio, not a one off movie.

Looks like an off-brand autoblow machine, mounted in a custom acrylic housing. Along with a tens electro-stimulation device and an actress off camera randomly voicing how close to orgasm he is and shocking him whenever she pleases. Oh yeah, and a few static images on the computer screen to sell that it's a running program and not movie magic.

Sorry, but you can't buy this as a whole... yet. You could get the pieces yourself and put them all together.
