if so they said you should choose a framerate setting in between all those and if your program has a way to equalize them DO NOT use it!

It's still very laggy...

I wish I could help you. It's weird...it's a heavy file...4gb...but the frame rate is really low...

Ok. That's it. I am trying a different program to render the files plus I will also convert the existing one and mess with the fps a bit.

If this fails too, I'll rebuilt it from scratch, and I guess it will be released with all the other episodes. I just wanted to get your feedback on my work and thank you so much for every bit of it, either comments on the video or help with encoding. However, rendering the same video over and over again has made me fall behind on creating the rest of the series.

First of all, all leechers of the new torrent stuck in 38.1% for now. The problem is that you are seeding it to all, but in very small doses. Solution - turn on the "super-seed" option (RMB on the torrent file in utorrent, then last line - Propereties or whatever - and check box "super seed"). Now you give each the different parts of the whole, and they then copy them to each other. And people with 100% will help you seeding => upload speed grows exponentially. Something like that.

more like months mate.. I am working full time so I have only a couple of hours each night for video editing so I do about a round each day give or take.. I believe it will be done by the end of the summer.

That's the whole reason I decided to upload just the first part in the first place. So I could give you guys a tease. I wasn't planning to release the rest of the series.
I don't mind the extra work (editing, and picking scenes again) after all is just watching porn. However I cannot stand videos rendering, or any other ''technical'' aspects for the matter.
Let's hope I'll find an easier solution than creating the whole episode

No, its just leeching problem. I cant see change the lagging problem in new torrent file you create, because I cant download it soon! If u try to find Super seed option and enable it, we all can see new edit of your CH and maybe can help with it.

as I said, the file being laggy has nothing to do with who seeds what because lets say the laggy version is like this:

01001000010010100001

but your video like it should be played is:

01001001001001001001

and you seed it like that it will always seed the file as you are seeding it. since clients will first check the file and compare with some hash codes if it fits the file youre actually downloading it cant be another file if youre like restarting the download after a reboot. so it can be one of the following but not limited to:

a) you are seeding a wrong version (dont think its that since i hope youre not dumb lol)
b) you are using some weird format only you can use (you should use mp4 preferrably, wmv might work too)
c) your harddrive actually fucks up the video in some way, maybe it has broken parts(not parts like the thing is damaged but like this
d) you are actually rendering it wrong(wrong FPS? wrong format? wrong codec?
e) we are using the wrong player (only tried VLC so far since it always works)

cant think of anything else for now

PS: just trying to figure out what could go wrong, not trying to attack you in any way

Some words for encouragement; this is not wasted effort! If you hadn't run into this issue right now, you might've gone and made the whole series with the same problem. That might've been quite a workload to fix then .. ;)

Even "building from scratch" might just end up with the same issue, unless you manage to identify it - better to get it sorted now, even if it is bloody annoying.. doing new stuff is fun. Running into weird issues in unfamiliar waters, not so much ...

You might try encoding smaller pieces of your project, just two rounds or something..
Also, the buggy transition effects I mentioned earlier are haunting me, maybe those are broken in the SW, somehow causing this..?
I'd make incremental tests .. starting with re-encoding one raw source video, then two raw source videos attached together.. if it works, keeping adding stuff until it breaks. Mess with some settings with each try and make a lot of small tests ..

But since you can't see the issue yourself, you'd have to rely on the community for debug... I trust there are eager people for that here :) Keep the test files small (as in, short duration, can't cut the quality ofc ... or actually, maybe you could, I dunno :) ). That way you could make a series of test files at once, even if you don't know what breaks, just name them identifiably and keep notes on what you did to each... make a package of, I dunno, 1 or 2 GB and post here and I'll promise to take a look and comment - probably someone else will too.

And, don't let yourself feel any pressure for "missing deadlines" here; hobby projects tend to stretch in places they weren't supposed to .. :)

Lets see if we can figure out what is wrong - maybe its a bad codec, or the wrong format - something like that.
Full disclosure - i'm no expert, just trying to help out for a good cause.

Step 1 - if you dont already have it, please download FFMPEG: http://ffmpeg.org/
If you are using Windows, download one of the 'static' builds. You will need 7zip to extract the files.

Step 2 - run ffprobe. If you are using Windows its a bit fiddly because you need to use the command line. Here is an example:

• Extract the ffmpeg application you downloaded to C:\ffmpeg
• Open that folder, and go to the \bin folder (you should see ffmpeg.exe, ffprobe.exe, ffplay.exe)
• shift + right click --> open command window here - a black 'dos' window will open and should say C:\ffmpeg\bin>

Run ffprobe by typing ffprobe.exe <path to your file>, for example ffprobe.exe "C:\CH\Cock Hero - Island.mp4" (you need quotes if you have any spaces in the file or directory name)

Here is the output i get for Cock Hero Island so you can compare. I've left out some of the unimportant stuff:

We can see here that its using mp4 as the container and h264 as the codec at 720p and 29.97fps - this is a very common standard.

BraddyP there seems to be a problem when I extract the files. There is no bin folder so the .exe files are no where to be found. if you have downloaded the video could you check it for me. Since you are more experienced, you could understand what's the problem netter than I will
