You can use lube and distract yourself with a TV show and take significant breaks in between adding pieces on so that you can get soft and then continue.

Or like I do, use a plastic bag on the inside of the tube, put you dick in the bag and gradually pull the bag through the other end until your nice and tight in the cage.

Hey I wear a chastity device that has several parts and some days it can be really hard to get into, quite literally.

If ice isn't for you try a cold shower on your self down there.

Personally when it is a tricky day I go for the stages procedure and do them as if and when possible.

You will get accustomed to it with time and even taking it off for cleaning will become easier.

Well that I imagine depends entirely of the material and style the device is fashioned into.

I would wash it thoroughly and as often as is convenient and or needed. At the very least I clean it before I sleep and when I shower in the morning. You really don't want a certain odour exuding from your crotch area.

Also trim and shave back as much hair as possible because with some devices like mine even if I get the cage on without any pinching or plucking during the course of the day that can change. There's nothing quite like being mid conversation or walking around and suddenly yelping or buckling in a conspicuous manner.

Yeah hygiene is a kind of "your mileage may vary" thing with chastity. If you're the kind of person that sweats a lot, you're going to need to focus on cleaning down there more. I'm lucky in that I don't sweat much, but I find that simply letting the soap and water run into and out of the cage while in the shower is good enough on a day to day basis. Longer term, you're going to need to take it off now and again realistically to keep properly clean and avoid getting manky in there.

As for urine, the trick is to make full use of the pee hole and make sure your cock is positioned properly. Dry your cage off with tissue after use.

These are the techniques I've used, and I usually manage to remain odour free etc.

The strap wont go all the way around to even lock it. I already ordered a better one. The CB6000.

I have always found the CB6000 a lot more comfortable and easier to use than the silicone one I have. Hope you get on well with it.
