As for each ending in denial, yes, they have not allowed cumming when I did them.
That is how it should be. The more denial the better.

Yes, I think it is GREAT when a tease promises orgasm of some kind, then just before, "NO, changed my mind", or some reason to continue denial.

Many ideas for how to stop orgasm at the last second. Changed mind, interrupted by someone, find a fault with the guy etc, etc...
