Thanks! Will give it a try, keeping in mind all your caveats. I'm sure it's great!markus wrote: Feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks for adding that info, I just forgot to mention that, ... and while I'm at it, I forgot also to thank, give credits and link to the video tutorial which made this possible:supermokkori wrote:Just for reference, the song is by Pixie Paris, called "Es Rappelt Im Karton." observe:

Markus: I haven't watched it yet. But I offer this feedback: there is no reason to pack or zip or compress this file, is there? You made it into a .ZIP archive. My unzipper (7-Zip, free program) informs me that the file is:markus wrote:Feedback would be appreciated.

Therefore the pack ratio = 49,219,977 / 49,879,385 = approximately 98.7%. In other words, zipping it up did almost nothing. By changing it to a .ZIP file, you reduced it by less than two percent. Because ANY packing program risks data loss (in fact, any program that does anything can risk data loss) it just seems to make sense to me, to keep things as close to the original form as possible as long as possible, doesn't it? Further, if it comes into my computer as a .ZIP, I get suspicious -- what other bad files got included into the package? Whereas, if it comes into my computer as a .WMV or .MOV or some other video file, then I trust my my anti-virus programs to be reasonably able to identify any threats. I know, YOU don't want to give me a virus; but, most people just avoid .ZIP, unless it gives a real benefit, whenever they can. In this case I think it doesn't so you can. Just a suggestion.size = 49,879,385
packed size = 49,219,977

Yeah, agreed fair enough. Glad you took my comment in the right spirit!markus wrote: But your remark is well appreciated and understandable, I think there are pros and cons for both
