Day 1 (this is posted early for anyone who might be in Australia..so please do this on MONDAY!!!
Sometime early in the morning write a note on paper.. "I am in denial" and put it in your wallet (or purse)
at noon. or whenever your lunch break is at work you will.. get the paper.. to look at (yourself).. Nobody else has to see it!
though if you like humiliation...
You will put your note somewhere you can see it at home (that is a safe location ..so wife/housemates don't ask questions)
and look at it a few times when home.

you do NOT need to keep the note after today.. unless you personally want to.

Now for some torment'
