Hi.
I think I have some psycologycal disorder. I have tried to cum with many of my girlfriends, but there is a barrier that holds me from being totally relaxed, I think I am nervous from cumming with someone. I think that the thought of ejeculating is a turn off for me, and the condoms...

By myself I have no problem with cumming, but sometimes it can take a while (one hour).
We try step by step, and try to rebuild the environments that I am used to.

And how do you reach the edge fast? What's your recipe? I think it's really hard to edge so fast in many of the teases.

Its not easy to give you a specific reason for what you are experiencing when having sex with girlfriends. Maybe it was not psychological at first but the more time you are thinking about it becomes psychological. I have the same problem as you but im almost twice your age so i guess its harder to cum fast then.

Communication with your girlfriend. Make sure she understands that its not important for you to cum when having sex, that you enjoy it even if you dont cum every time.
There are some orgasm cream to bye to increase the sensation and even make the orgasm stronger.
What if you think the chance to have sex later that night have a edging session before you have sex. But of course i know its not practical to do this every time you have sex :)

I have not been in a relationship for some years so i dont have any experience of doing teases in here while i having sex with a girlfriend. I mean can too much mastrubation effect our ability to orgasm when have sex with a girlfriend`??

I think that the edging-session sounds really promising. And load/charge an orgasm in the sense of not cumming for some days alt edging.

Orgasm-cream? Do they really work, increase the sensation? What substance are they made of? Arn't they just something companies make to sell? One substance I know if is tiger balm (menthol), or icy hot, but that's whey to much sensation... Can you recommend anyone?

Yes it works for me and many others if you look at the review from customers. Unfortunately this is a Norwegian wep page so its written in Norwegian.
Perhaps some others here have tried other brands.
I guess the theory for the most creams is they increase blood flow to penis and by that increased sensitivity.
