The fine print
Don't even bother reading this post unless you're anal-retentive like me. The first post in this thread is sufficient (I hope) to explain everything. It's not that complicated. But, well, hey, I'm anal-retentive anyway, so, here we go ...
Please keep the copying within the Mega system. From MY MEGA ACCOUNT to YOUR MEGA ACCOUNT only, thanks, you may copy any portion of my collection of cock-hero style videos. As long as you copy TO YOUR MEGA ACCOUNT only, then feel free to take what you want. Please follow these rules:
1.
Get a Mega account.
Free sign-up at http://mega.nz comes with 50 Gigabytes of starter storage capacity on their cloud. (They also offer add-on software, which you may choose to use or not: Firefox and Chrome extensions and a desktop synchronization app.) See step 2 for why.
2.
Only copy from MY Mega account to YOUR Mega account.
I hope you will only copy files from my Mega account's cloud storage directly to your Mega account's cloud storage, please. The transfer is instantaneous when within the Mega system. In general, please try not to download anything directly from my Mega account to your hard-drive. Rather, first copy it from my Mega cloud to your Mega cloud, and only THEN do the downloading from YOUR Mega cloud to your hard-drive. I hope we can do it this way for many reasons: I don't have to be on-line to double-check my Mega account's bandwidth and accessibility; Mega doesn't deduct bandwidth usage directly from my quota (which is sometimes at a rather limited capacity with their free accounts) for all of your downloads; the free services available at Mega will thus remain utilized to maximum intelligent capacity; the transfer of "ownership" of any copy will be instantaneous and transparent; the copies which I keep of the files will remain mine to move or delete, while your copies of desired files (whether you keep them on your Mega account or on your hard-drive or on any other system) will be your business entirely; accessibility of files therefore cannot break down, because the "share" is not of one mutually accessible file, but rather is of multiple duplicate copies of any given file, and each different identical copy will be owned and managed by each different end-user. Sure, it's a maximal waste of storage space (if Mega actually does duplicate any given copied file, which they don't, probably, but that's another discussion), yes, true. But it's also minimal hassle for any other users whenever one user's links or computer break down, thus leaving any one member of the community free to manage his own collection without either (a) depending on any other members to retain portions of their collections for his benefit or (b) retaining any portions of his own collection for any other members' benefits. I intend to take advantage of this mutual independence, by moving things around in my collection without notice, and even by deleting things from time to time. See below, especially 3. B.
3.
Beware as well ...
A. I don't try to keep them all.
I only keep what I like, so the collection only contains videos that I consider "good," plus some others that may be relatively new or recently re-released or re-discovered. I download them, I look at them, and then if I'm literally blown away, I keep them. If I don't like them, I don't keep them. There is absolutely no rhyme or reason to my selections. I might later gather some of the older ones that I'm familiar with and add them to this collection. Maybe some day. If I get around to it.
B. They may disappear without warning.
I move them around and delete them all the time. Their locations will change within the sub-folders and will jump from super-folder to super-folder depending on my available space at Mega and on my own whims. Similarly, my naming conventions for folders may change, and I may get around to looking at some and deciding I hate them. So, don't depend on anything staying there for the foreseeable future. Instead, as in step 2, please get YOUR OWN COPY (first, copied into your own Mega account; then, wherever you want to keep it).
C. You are read-only, not read-write!
You will be able to LOOK at my collection via the links which I provide, and you will be able to TAKE A COPY of anything within it that you like, but you will (I hope!) have no computer user privileges to change, rename, move, or otherwise alter any of it.
D. Only parts of my collection may be available at any given time.
I have (presently) seven free accounts at Mega, each with the starter free 50 Gigabytes of cloud storage space, and each with about 47 Gigabytes of files on them. I intend to make SOME of this collection available at SOME times, depending on how the Mega system seems to be able to handle the demand. Mega is helpful in that I can simply "remove link" from any shared file or folder, so I intend to manage that function vigorously in the initial phases of this sharing project. When I eliminate any link's functionality, I'll try to indicate that fact in the relevant Milovana post.
The list and the links will appear shortly, in the next post in this thread. Give it 24 hours, I have some uploads currently in progress ...
(PS -- oh, and the old send-me-a-PM system I posted about a month ago? It was in this thread
viewtopic.php?f=25&t=16557 but it's over with now. That experiment worked. But don't send me a PM any more, k?
