Need help to insert sound into Flash, please...

Okay so I am an absolute novice at programming and such. I have read a few posts on putting in sounds into flash but umm, I dont get it still.

Can anyone please help me out with some really simple instructions on how to do this?

Nevermind...just found the Scripting tutorial and I think I can figure it out okay now.
