Well, I don't understand really what you mean with it 'stuck loading and never opens',... maybe you could explain that a little bit more detailed or even make a screenshot?Laxman_1 wrote: when i try to open the application it is just stuck loading and never opens. Any help would be amazing!!
Only suggestions I would have right now:
- It is a zipped file, so you need to unzip it first (rightclick on what you have downloaded, there should be an option to unzip it)
- you need .net 4.5 Framework to make it run, google for it, install it and try again.
Good luck,
m

Basically when i double click the mouse turns into the circular loading symbol and just gets stuck there. I already have .net 4.5 installed :/

Sorry to hear that, I have no idea what the problem could be.Laxman_1 wrote: Basically when i double click the mouse turns into the circular loading symbol and just gets stuck there. I already have .net 4.5 installed :/
I could only suggest some gernal hints, but that is all blind guessing!
- Try to start it with admin rights
- Try to change the properties of the beatronome.exe - file (rightclick it) ... change the compatibily mode, set it to maybe Win XP
What Windows - version do you use?
Wait,... an idea, ... maybe another program stops it / conflicts with it, ... maybe some sort of PC-Security-Software could stop it, ... the only reason I could image for such an automatically stopping is that I use a 'hotkey'.
... Let me explain:
The way the hotkey is programed is that beatronome (as long as it is running) 'catch' the keyboard key 'E', ... it will not be 'send' as input for other programs, that's why the key 'E' doesn't work in any other programs while beatronome is running.
I guess that some so called 'keylogger' (bad, bad things) works in a similary way (to catch the keyboard entries), ... so that would be a possible reason that a security software could block it.
Please check that, maybe in your security software you should have a log-file, something where you can check last warnings or actions, if there is something about 'beatronome' we would getting closer to a solution.
Good luck again!
