Occasionally, while I'm stroking and edging, I'll get to the point where just one more stroke would make me cum, and while letting go, instead of having simple pre-cum dribble out of my cock, I'll have actual cum dribble out of my cock. It's not a ruined orgasm, since I don't feel any muscle contractions and don't lose my erection. Does this have a name? I saw there are certain conditions related to this situation when it happens frequently, but that does not seem to be the case here, since it's really pleasurable despite the fact that I don't actually orgasm. Also, it's not because I can't orgasm, which is apparently all that the stuff I found online pertains to.

While it's definitely in the Ruined Orgasm category, there are many types of delicious experiences in the spectrum.
The differences between Abandoned Orgasms, Minimized Orgasms and Ruined Orgasms are so blurry...

Even when "blowing one's load", there is always some left... So even if a release can be triggered, I tend to think of it as a partial eruption, or spilling over the edge. Variables like the length of time since ejaculating, the amount of recent teasing and edging, the friction and pressure, and duration of the session seem to be factors in the absence of muscle contractions and a preserved erection.

I first experienced that from the Frenzy tease by Ms. Julie. She refers to it as a true ruined orgasm, and I tend to agree. A ruined where you still feel contractions is more like a weak orgasm by comparison, because it does alleviate some amount of frustration, and causes your body chemistry to do the same things as a full orgasm, just to a lesser degree. It's more disappointing than frustrating, to me at least, to feel that and then stop for the day. Losing your cum without any of that happening is the real road to frustration. Stopping when your body is still in full wanting to finish mode is much more frustrating, and can go on indefinitely

Yep those are pretty much the same as my thoughts on it. Cum dribbling out with no contractions = a fully ruined orgasm, which is essentially no orgasm at all. After that type of "orgasm" I am still hard and totally aroused and can reach the edge again quickly if I continue stroking after it, within a couple minutes at most. That type of orgasm basically leaves me in a state very similar to if I had just been denied entirely.

After the other type of "ruined orgasm" where there is a contraction or two I get some of pleasure of an orgasm, it just ends early. There is also much more relief and I am in a less aroused state than after a fully ruined orgasm, although still not to the extent of a full orgasm.

Punheta said that first type of fully ruined orgasm is very pleasurable for him though which is a bit puzzling to me. The only real pleasure I get from that is in the sense of being happy to please my mistress/camgirl/etc.

I haven't tried that Milking the monkey technique (but I will now!) but it sounds similar to the most effective way I've found of achieving fully ruined orgasms, which is just to rub the underside of the head then let go when I'm about to cum. I find it very hard to do with regular stoking which makes me go too far over the edge.

This happens to me sometimes as well. I don't really like it, because I get the sense that it lessens the volume of semen that I'll have for my inevitable real orgasm. It is a weird sensation, because it first it feels like just a larger bit of precum oozing out, but then I feel a slight reduction in the pressure in my loins and I look down and sure enough there is a big drop of milky white semen sliding down my penis, despite the fact that I never got any of the usual contractions of an orgasm and my erection does not subside.

For me at least it seems like sometimes when I edge my body just floods so much semen into the works down there that some is expelled merely by pressure.
