1. First of all, improve the taste of your cum. It's not going to be all that enticing if you finish and realize just how bad it tastes. Having good tasting cum improves the taste, texture, aftertaste, AND reduces that stickiness. All of those things may seem enticing before you cum, and then after finishing you realize what you have to do, and the disgust factor comes back into reality like a pile of bricks hitting you.

Flex your PC muscle. Breathe in a long, deep breath. As you breathe in, bring your attention to the genital area, then up to stomach, then chest, neck, face, top of head. Its like a line that runs straight up. Just feel how each area feels as you go up.
Then go back down as your breathe out and release your PC muscle.
Do that a few times a day, or when you wake, before bed, etc.
Do it before you masturbate. This makes your body feel like it isnt so drained after orgasm.
