Shemale and Tranny are both thought of as derogatory terms for transgender people, but sissy is usually just the sort of fetish-y thing that's men getting off on dressing up like girls. I think from a more pornographic standpoint, tranny and shemale are virtually the same thing; a pre-operative trans woman.
