Is it just the Utorrent people having a problem?

If it shows 466 downloads than that means 466 people fully downloaded it right? Or is that attempts?

Not sure if it is only the Utorrent people having the problem,

seems to be downloading for me, Though there is no full health where i would normally get full health download/upload speeds download from 0.5 to 105.3 upload about the same
i show 2 seeders and 122,219 peers, I also have the torrent running on too computers to see if this well help not sure why it's downloading so slow

i assume the downloads are just of the file itself from that page, not the actual content the torrent file points to
