Do you mean voice or just text? It's probably easiest for you to just check http://ampcustomizer.appspot.com/#top_menu (it's not very up-to-date now though unfortunately) and see which ones fit your criteria.

CH OSU, CH Sync Stars, and CH Flux 6 have dirty talk during and between rounds. The boss rounds in CH 11-15 and CH Flux 2-5 are joi-style with dirty talk. There are a few such joi-style rounds in Stroker Ace 2 and 3 as well.

Hmm, IIRC the finishing round of CH XP has (along with all the other usual CH features) a female voice-over which states a countdown to cum, and similar instructions. Or is that ... NXT? NDuro? Uh ... ... can't recall better, sorry. Guess you'll just have to try them all.
