I need to express a thought in one or two sentences, and the thought is basically "This team will win next season and gain a trophy/advance on the ladder", but I want it to sound really nerdy, like an actual baseball fan would have said. I don't have any clue what cups/leagues/tournaments baseball has, so I ask you for help here - can anyone compile an example of the phrase?
Also some team names would be appreciated, be they champions or local teams, but then the tournament they are winning should actually be doable for that team (I don't wand a small local team winning World Cup kind of phrase.).
