I really enjoyed this one.
I think u used almost every stroke pattern imaginable. Haha. And it was tons of fun.
The quick cuts were kinda crazy at times. But a very fun challenge. Keep it up.

Just finished (almost made it) so wanted to provide feedback. Well, it's an excellent video; your presentation is very good. Beats are perfect and visuals are gratuitously generous! I think my only complaint is that there is no sound from the original videos but the music selection is banging so it might have spoilt that I guess. I think you also left in something that I guess you wanted to make into a feature but changed your mind. The notice about eye contact? I'm assuming you wanted to make it so you could only fap when the girls look into your eyes or something (I've seen that before)?

One last thing, a quick favour- what scene is that on the bouncy castle? I'm a freak for inflatables. Yeah, laugh it up you fuckers. lol but I'd still appreciate it if anyone knows.

Yeah, I played this myself the first time and loved it. After reading about people's issues with the quick cuts I played it again, and yep, in some areas I went a bit nuts on the cuts. I have been flicking through the Project file in vegas to address this, I have no eta on if or when I'll be done but I am trying to release a version2.0 with less abrasive cuts in some of the scenes.

Regarding the audio, I chose to leave the audio out purely because the audio in a few of the scenes I used wasn't great. Take Round08, although the audio had the moaning from the models in the scene, it also had the audio from the party in the background too, would have sounded dreadful. I opted to remove it purely because I felt that it makes the whole video more consistent. Rather than having one round with audio, one without, or one with one or two scenes missing audio, whilst the rest still have it.

Yeah I figured that was the reason. It does add more work to be selective about background audio. Not many people have used the club gangbang videos before so it's not usually a problem. Honestly I think it was just there to draw attention to the amount of eye contact the models give during the scene. It never had any special implications or purpose other than that

First of all, thanks for the video! Goes to my all time top 5 easily, prolly even top 3. The only downside I can think of was the fast switches like someone else mentioned earlier.

Second, what site are those party scenes from 24:40 onward? I just love that kinda of stuff, and I can't remember what site/company those are from. And I am looking for particularly the same company that made those scene, not something similar. There seems to be a watermark, but it's hidden by the beatmeter.

E: Oh, and also include the source where you got them if possible. No need for links, just point me to the general direction! :)

I'm gonna surprise some people who are familiar with my own work and say, yeah, the cuts did get too quick at points. The way I solved that (in my opinion) in my own work was to try to keep the fast cutting between only scenes and positions which were very similar. Nevertheless, that technique doesn't work for some. One thing to bear in mind is you won't be able to keep everyone happy.

I'd try to keep cuts to above a half-second for similar visuals, but if the scenes you're cutting between aren't blocked the same or very similarly, I'd slow the cuts way, way down in some areas. The other thing you can try is instead of cutting between 4 disparate scenes, cut between shots of the same scene. This dials down the amount of new info the player is trying to assimilate, but still re-enforces the increase in tension with rhythm. Maybe cut between shots of genitals slapping together and reaction shots from the actress. Getting as fast as you did in some spots, I'd have been cutting between no more than two scenes, or even better, between two shots of the same scene. Oh, and another thing that I found when I get quick with my cuts: Try landing some part of the on-screen action on the beats, instead of the cut point. What I mean is, sometimes it's better to have a quick cut where the beat hits in tine with, say, the lead actor bottoming out on the female. Make the player start thinking of the beat as a sound effect straight outta pound town.

Overall, this is definitely quality work, imho, with a lot of attention to detail put in, a good selection of similar quality scenes within rounds, great technical work on the intro, instructions, and meter. It's just pretty fucking great if you ask me.

Many thanks for the kind words. I honestly didn't think much of those quick cuts when I finished and played Evolution for the first time. After seeing that the quick cuts were an issue, I replayed the video and they stuck out like a sore thumb lol. I am in the process of doing a re-cut with fewer cuts, however I just got promoted at work (yay me!!!) and my work schedule is all over the damn place at the moment. So progress is at a snails pace. (haven't finished going through the first round yet...) Again, thanks for the feedback

Maskeraid, congrats on a great video. I really enjoyed it. I like your style and you're clearly an excellent video editor. In the earlier comments someone mentioned using fast cuts between different parts of the same scene rather than lots of different scenes as a technique to create the intensity of the fast pace while still maintaining the ability to focus on a single scene/performer, and I have to echo this. This is something that Vindicare uses very effectively and one of the things that I think makes his Flux Dance videos so incredible. There are tons of examples of this in his videos, but one that stands out to me right now is in FD3. About half way through one of the rounds it goes to a fast cut scene of Anna Tatu dancing on a bed. It's fast cuts between the same scene but the way it fits into the over all round/video is absolutely epic.

I think if you were to utilize this strategy you could really build a whole new level of tension and release within each round of your videos.

But hey, what the hell do I know. I'm just a consumer, you're the artist and creator and I hope this feedback is taken as intended. I feel like you're one of the few new creators this community has seen in a while with the ability to be a game changer and take things to the next level with your creations.

I am really looking forward to whatever you do next and will continue to enjoy your current releases!

One of the best things I ever learnt at school was from my English teacher. (who I hated funnily enough) She used to always say "I am my own worst critic." That is one of the few things that she said that has stuck with me over the years. I take all feedback as it comes, and use it to improve. I wouldn't have asked for feedback if I thought my video were perfect. As always it is greatly appreciated. Vindicare's Flux dance series is probably my favourite too.


UPDATE ON V2:
I currently have the first 2 rounds of evolution 'updated' with significantly fewer cuts. I'm rendering them now and if anyone is interested I'm considering rendering both versions in a kind of side by side comparison so you can see the difference in cuts. I'll upload it to pornhub or something once I'm done to see if this is a step in the right direction.
