Didn't have time to read it all but this seems like a hell of a lot of hype over something that's a legitimate fantasy, like seriously, isn't that what this site is about?

I mean there's a hell of a lot of stuff on here that people might find a lot more offensive than some themed hentai, and as fir ages of the characters, the character is only as old as the creator says it is, obviously a hentai depiction of a character wouldn't be intended in that way at all and in all cases I've seen the hentai versions of the pictures don't look young at all even when the original character was supposed to be underage

Oh yea. You merely started the thread about the tease smelling of pedophilia, which is doomed to lead to one of two things:
1) everybody tells you to shut up
2) the tease gets removed.

Everyone I know that plays pokemon the video game is over 30 and has been playing for at least 10 years... so I find it really hard to think of it as a kids game or think of the characters as children.

Yeah, as ridiculous as it gets... Was just having a discussion on the same case in my own country earlier today.

Any law that bans anything needs to have a victim... Hard to spot that in this case - I kinda doubt the cartoons were hurt or abused in the process of being drawn....

A few misguided souls seem to think that the existence of porn such as this, even when just being cartoons, in some way nurtures pedophilia. If anything it does the exact opposite, since it presents an outlet for urges that would otherwise been practiced in ways that DO abuse real kids.

So let me answer questions that have been raised when I posted this before, several years ago.
1. I LOVE Manga,cartoon and anime and do not like the censorship.. I am posting this because I also Love milovana, and do not want this site to be in trouble or even the Hint of trouble. I think the law is silly and stupid. but this IS a free site so we really have to be careful..
2.Other sites have this posted everywhere.. true... but we are not other sites. please note the second link were someone did jail time for a manga collection.. it simply is not worth the hassle.

And FYI, in japan porn is illegal. Normal adult uncensored porn. That's why they cast their gaze on the drawn hentai in the first place. But there's nothing new about their government trying to ban it as well. Point is - they can't, even in Japan. Why? Because a drawn fiction character has no age and is NOT considered a human being in the first place, thus it cannot be porn, let alone child porn.

This entire debate started because some fucked in the head person said how horrible it is to create a tease based on Pokemon universe, because the universe is made for children. ANd then some over-the-top-lawful people rushed in and questioned is this being PEDOPHILIA. And as no definite answer was found (just the same as to the question "Is there God above?"), but the word "PEDOPHILIA" was said aloud, mods decided it would be safer to just delete the teases in question so that no psycho would run somwhere yelling this is a site propagating pedophilia. Because, you know, the word Pedophilia may turn the best man into a public enemy just by being uttered in 100m vicinity of him.

Please. Stop. There's no pedophiles on this site, so just drop the topic. You actually raise MORE problems by bringing that wretched discussion up again, than you solve by it. Just a day ago NOONE would even THINK anything bad about comix. And now, here you go again. Good Job!

This topic has been done to death already, I've merged it with the old thread and locked it. I understand your concerns SC, but we don't need to rake over these coals again. The ToS state that we shouldn't be posting underage pictures. Anyone who has concerns about an image that has been posted should report the post, an administrator will then make a judgement of whether it has broken our rules.
