i dont understand why its confusing. for me its simple explained.

i try to explain it a bit further for the ponits u mentioned.

1. tie ur feet together. the knot should face your toes. so when ur hands are tied/cuffed on your back u cant untie them.

2 . here i simple tied a loop around my dick and balls und create aother loop a few inches away. the second loop is pulled to your back side. so yes its the same way as a wedgie.
