I'm so sorry that I misunderstood your target. My english is too bad. But after your 2nd mail and using a translater I now know what you mean.

Quick update from a newbie to the game. As you see in my signature I'm just a few days in. Already I can find clear effects of this game when it comes to my frustration and my want to stroke and have a good time.
