Total and complete fantasy. It not only doesn't prevent pregnancy, it also doesn't prevent STD or STI transmission. In fact, if any of the three have anything at all, now everyone gets to have it!

It's unsafe sex, is what I'm saying here. Fun in fantasy, and only good in real life if everyone's tested clean for six months or more, has no other partners or those partners have also tested clean for six months and so on up the daisy chain of partnership, and the woman is on hormonal birth control or otherwise sterile, or if the stud is likewise sterile.
