I'm creating a maintenance section to rebuild URL files (to purge out bad links), and I just had to learn how to do that out of necessity

Thr = New Threading.Thread(New Threading.ThreadStart(AddressOf RebuildURLs)) Thr.SetApartmentState(ApartmentState.STA) Thr.Start()
I'm going to go back apply this to URL File creation as well for a smoother experience
Have you thought about a separate console app that tests scripts and gives feedback on whether there are any parse errors? (You would need to use the same class that you're using to parse them in the app for consistency.)
Might help the community in creating content and being confident that they're not causing any crashes they're seeing.
Also - a way to delete scripts/responses/keywords from the menu would be ideal. (maybe a right click menu, or failing that, a delete button)

That's not a bad idea. I'll start putting some thought into how to go about it and slot it in when I can find the time for it

Good call, I think I can set up a right click menu for that. I'll put it in the suggestion list
Oh, also - to add to the feature requests: maximize button support, so the app can fill a monitor (maybe eventually, fullscreen), and maybe think about talking to someone about permission to implement GuideMe into the app - giving the dom the ability to subject you to teases. Not sure if you could manage implementing the offline version within the app, but it would be ideal to using a browser window to navigate to the web versions.
Okay so I just finished a session and something very odd happened. I got denied, and she told me to put my dick away. But I wanted to test out a few things I hadn't before, so I called her a bitch, just to see what would happen. She told me off, but then after that, she went straight into saying "time to find out if you get cum" again, even though we'd already gone through this and I'd been denied. I got denied again anyway :P in case anyone was wondering, lol.
Also, just a little side note/suggestion, maybe instead of just being told off for calling her a bitch, she could punish us. Like go into a specific CBT section designed just for this instance. Like a Revenge CBT or something. If you know what I mean.

The app is already threatening to delete pictures... now you want to give it moar power?

I was going to say this is the Skynet of porn but someone already beat me to it... It's going to be self-aware and you won't know if the AI is acting inside the code or outside his programmed boundaries!!!!

When you extract the Tease AI Open Beta, make all the folders in the root directory are getting extracted properly. As well as the executable and config files, you should have the following folders:
Audio
Chatlogs
Images
Scripts
System
Video
If you're missing any of those folders, the file did not extract correctly and you will have issues with the program. Both times this has been reported to me, using winRar to extract the files solved the problem. I don't know if this is an issue of me using winRar to compress the files, or other people not using winRar, but if you're having any kind of issues make sure that you have all the folders you're supposed to.
If you're missing any and don't know how to get it set up correctly, just let me know and I'll do what I can to get you going
And it's now working a treat! Not only is the metronome problem fixed, but the Tumblr feature--which I'd also previously couldn't get to work--is now running properly. Thank you again!
figroll wrote:PS also switch to C# as well obviously. vb makes me cry
I've gathered that C# is not a great deal different to VB, but I can 100% guarantee I cannot code this project in C# personally. If switching to C# means I have to start using C#, that's no good
Sorry just a little programmer joke :) You definitely dont want to change language just for the sake of it.
Although if you can write vb.net you can write c# as they are essentially the same language.
MeaCulpaUK wrote:In 1080 mode, the window still doesn't cover my whole screen, what am I doing wrong!
1080 mode just means that 1080 is the minimum vertical resolution for that UI size, it's currently not meant to cover the whole screen.
MeaCulpaUK wrote:The programme seems quite selective about which of my folders contain pictures. I've set up a directory for the Domme images and put all of the relevant pics into separate sub-directories, but I keep getting told there are no image files in there....
I'm going to go into a little more detail than necessary here, in case anyone else has any kind of trouble with the domme images, this may be able to help
When you set up the domme directories, there's two kinds of errors you could be notified about:
The first is "There are no directories in the specified Domme Images Directory folder."
If you get this message, that means you need to select a folder that has multiple folders in it, each one with a different set of pictures for the domme
The other error message is "There are no images in the specified folder."
If you get this message, it means that Tease AI has selected a folder from the directory you selected, but was not able to find any png, jpg, jpeg, bmp or gif files within it.
Can you verify that all the folders in the path you selected contain at least one picture in them? If you have any folders that don't, they might get selected and cause this error
Let me know if that's the case, and I'll see what I can do to help if it isn't
Thanks for clarification re: the 1080 mode, but yup, all sub-folders are full of Carla Brown lol
