Last week I managed 140 % of my weekly requirement. That was on Wednesday. By Friday that had shrunk to a mere 40 % and another round of punishment. It also leaves me at less than the half way mark of what may yet become an ordeal 
Further I have been advised to take two days off each week - no prerequisite and ergo no playtime on Sundays and Mondays. That should make Tuesdays quite interesting
